Where do we fly to & from?
Departs from Isla Grande or Luis Muñoz Marín Int’l Airports in San Juan, Puerto Rico and fly to the Caribbean Islands including Culebra, Vieques, St. Thomas, St Croix and up to Guadalupe. PROPER ATTIRE IS A MUST! We reserve the right to refuse boarding on our aircraft if proper attire is not complied! All passengers MUST be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
What kind of airplane?
Twin Commander 500, with a maximum capacity of 6 passengers.
How much luggage is acceptable?
We strongly recommend carry-ons or duffle bags only up to a maximum of 30 pounds per passenger. Remember your are going to the Caribbean ... sandals, shorts, t-shirts, sunny dress, & don't forget your bathing suits & suntan lotion!
Air Margarita is not responsible for bags left behind due to it's size.
Charter vs Schedule Flights?
Passengers on a charter flight pay a fixed fee regardless of how many passengers are on the flight. You select the time of departure and the destination. Passengers on a scheduled flight do not have this flexibility. Luggage Fees: Scheduled flights allow only 25 pounds of luggage, anything over will have aditional cost. Air Margarita allows up to 350 combined pounds between all passengers.
Day Trips vs Drop Off?
Day Trip is considered when you depart & return the same day and a special fee is charged per hour of waiting time. Drop Off is considered when departing one day and returning a different day.
Payment Method?
Venmo, Cash, personal or manager's checks. For reservation purposes, must mail check in advance. Remember a paid flight is a confirmed flight!
Flights not paid in full within 24 hours without prior verbal confirmation will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation Policy?
30% penalty will be charged if notified in less than 24 hours of departure date.
Is there an extra waiting fee?
The first hour at any destination is free, thereafter it is at $200 per hour.
